BCM450 Call Center

I have a customer that is installing a BCM450 with a call center. When an individual calls into the call center and the expected wait time is very long they want their customers to have the ability to request a call back to a specified number that holds their place in que and when they come up in que it calls them at the specified number.

Is this avaliable on the BCM450 Call Center feature?

If not is there some sort of third party software that can be utilized to make this happen?
 

We had that feature on another ACD we were selling but i don't think its available on Bcm450. Don't forget Bcm450 is a bigger bcm50 for now...!
 
No i dont think that feature is available, but you might be able to do it using CyTracks, CyQueue. Its a LANCTE based queueing system
 
Bucky101 thanks for the info it sure does look as if that will do what I am looking for.

I noticed they were located in Austrilia are there any US locations by any chance?
