BCM450 6.0 IP Trunks timing out

I just installed to 2 bcm450 6.0 with point to point IP trunks. All is going well. But I was informed that calls between locations would drop after 15 min. Yes I did a test call and right at the 15 min mark the call dropped. I checked the programming and did not see anywhere where there is session timer that would affect IP calls.
The systems are connected to the network switched and use sonicwall firewall. Is the problem in BCM , network switches or sonicwall unit.

Are these systems remote to each other or locally connected?

They are remote to each other. Connected by fiber through a ciena and sonicwall units.
We changed the TCP and Nat settings on change. We're at a loss
 
What Alarms/vents are showing on the BCM?

How about IT checking the re-invite settings on their network devices?

We believe the problem is with the Sonicwall unit. The IT tech changed all the related TCP setting he could find to 120 min. No changed. Still right at the 15 min mark the is dropped. Now we're at loss again.
 
Is the connection running through a provider's network. They may have a timeout on the connection.

On a different note, I use SIP trunks provided by CallCentric. The service works fine, but the call always disconnects bang on the 30 minute mark.

This is a timer that they must have set on their calls. I'm guessing in your case that there is a timer setting on the Sonicwall box?.

I saw an old post that the provider said that it would send an invite every 15 min. and since there was no ACK it would terminate the call. So they provider turned of the Invites so it resolved the issue.
 
Thank you to all respondents for your inputs. we have tried all suggestion and checked all locations in the sonicwall units. No change. Next stop calling sonicwall tech support.
