BCM Monitor reports under the Voice Ports tab - Call Center section - 4 Assigned ports. Based on our utilization, I'd say we need to increase this to 6 or 8. Where does this get changed? Keycode, BEM, CallPilot or Hardware? VOJ

Hmm. I see under the section titled: Application Resource Reservations: Voice Mail + CC a Min of 6 and Max of 12 (System Max of 63). Don't see any parameters set to 4 that tie to this "Voice Ports" setting? VOJ..
