BCM400 users unanswered calls going to General Delivery Mailbox 1

One user says for the past year or more if he is on his phone and a second call comes in it goes to our General Delivery Mailbox. If he is not on his phone an unanswered call will go to his vm. I need to figure out how to make those second incoming calls go to his vm. Any thoughts?
 
Calls from AA or Private (DID)?

Go to the Target line if DID, what is the Prime set DN and If Busy condition set to?

Calls from any outside line and calls within company 4 digit dialing. Prime Set DN is users extension. If Busy is set To prime. While checking this info for you I looked under the Assigned DNs tab and in addition to his DN there was one i didn't recognize. Further investigating - it was for the old ip softphone application. I deleted it and tested users phone and it went to his vm instead of General Delivery. So you inadvertenntly helped me!!! Thanks so much!
 
So three things effected this.
-The IP set also had that target line programmed to it
-The IP set had a lower ring count under FNA then the digital set so it took command of the call.
-When CFNA is programmed on the IP set to go to vmail yet no mailbox is assigned then its defauts to GD
