I have a customer with two BCM400's at 2 different sites connected via VPN network. I was able to access the remote BCM programming from the main office when I first installed the system but now I cannot, I have to remote into a remote computer and then access the system via the remote computer.
Question? Is there a port on the router(s) that could have been open at the time and is now closed and if so what is the number, or does anyone else have any ideas?
