BCM400 release 3.6 with door phones

I have a door phone attached at the front door and configured the DN as per Nortels instructions. It is woking intermittently going from active to inactive. It is a BST Style door phone. If I cant get it to work I will have to go back to my 0x32 which was never this difficult.

I think BST is for 3.7 BCM an up no?.

or BST rls 1 for 3.6 rls 2 for 3.7 and up.

What rls is your BST?

Looks ok

Maybe patch the system to latest, there are lots of patches.
Make sure is punched down correctly to the 25 pair cable and that the 25 pair amp the connects to the BCM is good too.

You need to call your local vendor whom handles the system.
They will need to supply and upgrade...after hours.
