I need help with some input from the expert as to what happened...we recently got a BCM200 ver. 3.5 two years ago ....about one year ago the BCM lost all IP connection to IP phones and we can not access via Web interface...so they replace the BFT to another one. Now we are experiencing the same issues again...no IP phones...no Web access and no Telnet...no Voicemail....the regular digital phone is working fine. I checked the BFT but no bad looking caps...they seems ok. The front LED row is blinking constantly most of them....
Help! Can someone give me some pointer as to what happened...? The vendor is dogging responsibility in servicing and support the system... Rightnow we are very very disappointed in the system....this should not be happenning... the system is not reliable as it should be... Some other vendor suggesting us to upgrade to ver. 4.0 with the new BCM200 ...but the cost is just toooo much for us to afford that at the moment...beside with this kind of reliablity issues... we really do not have any more faith on upgrading at all.
