I need some help!! I’ve got a customer with a BCM1000 3.5, what has happened is about 3 weeks ago their system crashed as in they were unable to use voicemail I wasn’t able to connect to the BCM via any of the LAN ports however the telephony was working fine. I decided to reboot the system but it didn’t recover!! The phones didn’t come back up and I was still unable to connect to the LAN ports. So then I removed the system from the CAB and took the lid off to find that it was full of dust. I went and got a replacement BCM1000 Chassis which included a base function tray at the same time I put in a new MSC card and a new 3.5programmed HDD, new RAM, new PEC III cards and new NIC cards. I powered it up and reprogrammed everything from scratch.
Anyway I got a phone call yesterday evening saying that they are unable to access voicemail! So I’m lost. I don’t know what to do because I have replaced everything!
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
