BCM Line privacy on/off

Can anyone help me with setting line privacy on BCM400? I found that PRI lines don't have this option to enable or disable line privacy. Does this mean that they are enabled by default? I want to be able to let someone to join the call from another phone.

How about setting up a conference call, as long as there will be only three people involved.

Thanks phoneguy427, I considered this option, but this is not what the users want. They want to have the abilty to join a call on what they call main trading line, because sometimes they might by more than 3 and there is no point to explain them technical staff. The trouble is that I can not find enough technical information on Nortel web site (they are not Cisco!!), because the want me to have a support contract with them.
