BCM Element Manager Cartridges 2

Hi,
Trying to connect BCM450 after entering Username & Password message pop-up
the required cartridge (BCM450R6.ab52-0)is not currently installed.

Can anyone plz help me with the Cartridge. Thanks

What version Element Manager are you using?

Ok try deleting it inside your EM folder then replace it with [link curlycord.com/files/BCM450R6.ab52-0.zip]this one[/url]
