BCM Centralized Voicemail

I have a problem with centralized voicemail on two BCMs that I cannot figure out. I set up the programming for the voicemail and tested it and it worked from either location. However, it does not always work. If call an extension on the BCM where the VM does not resides sometimes the phone will forward to the VM DN on the other BCM as it should and go to the mailbox and sometimes if forwards to the auto attendant (as it would if you dialed an unknown extension). Any ideas?

Have you checked the call forward/no answer extension for all of the extensions on the remote BCM?

Yes - calls to the same extension go to VM sometimes but not always.

Proper target lines/received digits programmed for every extension?

Do you mean for the DID of the phone? Or is there something I need to do on the BCM with the VM with target lines?
