BCM 400 with 1120e with KEM that keep going down 2

I have a BCM 400 4.0. I have 2 1120e sets and each have 2 KEM's attached. The KEM's keep going down. If I re-boot the phone, they work for a while but then go down again and another phone re-boot is required. Both 1120e's with KEM are doing the same thing. Any ideas? Thanks
 

You need to install the latest Service Update 14 (SU14) on your bcm. It includes the patch to fix this problem.
 
Make sure that you have C4L firmware downloaded on the BCM as part of the patch and then do a force download of that firmware to the IP Phone 1120E.
 
Yup.
G-web is correct.
Especially the force download portion.
If you don't force download after applying the patch, the KEM will not update its firmware, which is what is causing the problem.

I have the same problem with I2004 phones with (2) KEM's attached. User will have to reboot the phone several times a day because the phone & KEM freezes up or the KEM loses the appearances on it's buttons. This is on BCM 4.0 systems with all of the latest patches installed. Any help would be appreciated.
