Greetings all,
After forum searching for about 2 hours, I believe our PEC cards have gone bad. It started when trying to access voicemail one day the phones gave the error "Resource Unavailable" (or something similar). I rebooted the system and now I can not gain access to the system. Trying to access voicemail now gives the error "Inactive feature". F**266344 gives "feature timeout". Lan1/Lan2 do not work(system defined IP and default ips do not ping) and also serial connection does not work. Capacitors are blue on the BFT and do not look bad(no leaking or signs of burn) yet LED status lights on the front of the system continue to blink indicating system trouble.
Some members on the forum with similar issues replaced their PEC cards with success in solving the same issues I am having. Am I good to assume the same?
We have NTBB80AC REL 17 PEC cards. I can get REL 08 cards. Will replacing the REL 17 cards with the REL 08 cards be a compatibility issue? I do not have a recent backup of the system programming. Will replacing the PEC cards erase all system programming?
Thank you all for your time and help.
