BCM 400 Element Mgr Login 1

Go to login to a BCM 400.....

BCM says a required (BCM200.4.9-0) needs to be installed to proceed. Press ok to continue.

Pressed OK - now get error unable to login.

What? Nortel Networks --------Explain if one can...
