Cannot access the BCM thru the browser whether on the network or thru my laptop and x-over cable. I can ping it fine but the connection page will NOT come up. The customer pulled the power once two days ago and nothing, so I had the customer do it twice last night. I have seen this happen once before on another system and after a couple of reboots it started working again and no problem since. Do i need a "twelve gauge"? LOL FYI ALL LIGHTS ARE SOLID GREEN!!!Every thing on the system is working, IP phones, Unified messaging, etc.
