BCM 4.0 Line Button Progamming

Hi All -

I have a BCM 4.0 and I'm trying to reprogram the Line buttons on our Operator phone. She is using a T7316E phone and currently on the right side there are 4 or 5 Intercom buttons that our main number comes in on. On the left side, there are 4 Lines for external numbers that are not used and don't have voicemail. I have been tasked to add a second internal line (with voicemail) to her phone.

I tried to modify any of the Lines to a different line, but the system doesn't allow me to change. (For example, I'm trying to changed line 091 to line 271.) I'm assuming this can be done, because most users have something different on those lines on their phones. I have tried both in the Button Programming tab and the Button Programming Table tab.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Extn Line assignment.

Remove line 091 .
Add line 271
This will now take over the button.
