BCM 3.7 cannot access Unified Manager

BCM 3.7 unable to access unified manager
 
Check your java version, it is probably at 1.6. There is an update that will fix the issue on the BCM end or you can downgrade to 1.5.

Forgot something. If you cannot get to the main menu at all, is your voicemail working?

There is an Apache patching utility you can download from Nortel for BCM 3.6 or 3.7 with this issue. It usually happens after a re-image .It is an Apache problem if you keep getting the "Page not Found "error. If you are just missing info under your admin menu's then it is a Java issue. delete any java version higher than 1.5 and go into java Console and disable automatic update.
