BCM 3.5 Unifed Manager

I can log into the BCM 3.5 system but cannot access the telephonly services. When i click telephony services it doesn't even give me the telephony services is not available, it just doesn't do anything. I can access all of the other tabs no problem it seems. I am looking for patches now but haven't come across anything yet. Let me know if anyone knows what the problem is

I had this problem when trying to access from a Vista PC. When I accessed the manager from a Win2K3 box it worked fine....

Have you by any chance upgraded your JAVA, it doesn't work on the newer release.

I ran into the same problem last week on BCM 3.7, and it was caused by what acewarlock said, the new version of JAVA. As soon as I uninstalled it, everything was fine.

I was thinking it was java becuase she did upgrade it. I figured it wasn't the java becuase everything worked except for the telephony services. I could access all other tabs.
