Morning - I have 2 customers that switched over to the Backup VM Server this morning. The AA worked and you could leave VM messages fine. The problem is when Users try to check their VM they are getting a message "Access Denied". As soon as I switch it back to the Primary VM server everything works again.

IP 500 V2 with 7.0 (23)
VM Pro 7.0(23)

Both VM Server are running on 2003 Server.

What do you see in monitor and DBGview?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I did not have those running at the Time. I have to break it again to get the Traces.

Without traces my guess is that most likely there is a password set for the VM Connection in IP Office other then the standard password.
The main server is configured with the proper password but the backup server not.

If it ain't dutch it ain't much
