Backup MICS from Fast Rad

Trying to backup MICS 6.1 through norstar manager 10.0 and keep getting message (Map file A0F01ENG is required) I can back up an MICS 4.1 with no problem. Any ideas?

Try Norstar Manager 11.0 - I use that and it works on 6.1

each release of software has anyware from 2 to 6 different maps, you get more maps with each release of the NRU Under the workbook for 6.1 click on the ICS tab then the configure workbook tab. this will open what maps you have available to you. match the AN AM AO etc variants to get the right map. if you don't have the map files you will need to get a download for them.

Upgraded to 11.0 and that did the trick.
