Avoid Annoucement popup automatically during Call transfer

i am having media gateway at one of the site the issue is whenever the call hits the agent in a hunt group and if that agent transfers the call to another agent or any extension in avaya system announcement starts playing automatically how to avoid this please help me out withy this.
