The Avaya Vantage phones work well overall, but I've encountered an issue where, after a power outage (which occurs two to three times a day),when the power is back on some of the phones display a 'SIP Login Failure' message when the power is restored. Although I can manually log in by entering the username and password, it is not an ideal solution. I would prefer the phones to log in automatically after the power is back on

what IPO edition type do you have?
can you check the config of the user and extension for this phone again from the Manager and make sure the config have the same credentials?
can you check from the system status app if the IP address of this phone is in the blacklist or blocked? if so remove it.

and yes i have check the system status for blaclist or block im not seeing any alarms for that

thanks for the reply

try to reset it to defaults/factory reset and enter the file server IP address the reboot.

Unplug the Avaya Vantage phone, walk over to the nearest window, toss the phone out. Get into your vehicle and run over the Avaya Vantage phone several times, and then toss it in the trash.
