I have troubles starting my System Status Tool. When i start it, isee the icon appear, but it doesn't open further. If i click on it, nothing happens. With right click i can only close it.
I tried to uninstall the Admin CD and reinstalled it, but without result.

9 times out of 10 problems with System Status come down to the installed version of Java.

Most IP Office systems can run their own embedded copy these days, so try browsing to your system's IP address and select the System Status link on the page shown. If that works or not could be informative.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Find C:/Program Files(x86)/Avaya/IP Office?System Status/ssaviewer.jar
Right click, send to desktop (create shortcut)
On the desktop, right click the shortcut, Properties. The full file path is already highlighted, Ctrl-c to copy
Find the shortcut to System Status in your start menu, right click, Properties, the (wrong) path is already highlighted, Ctrl-v to past the correct path.
Delete the short cut from the desktop (unless you want it)
