Avaya SMGR 8 - Migrating to Softphones

Hello,
I am doing a project of migrating our users from on prem avaya cm servers to newer Workplace softphone on SMGR, I wanted to ask what is the best way to approach this somehow automated? Can I create a user provisioning profile that will be connected to an AD security group that will trigger it? I thought about using api or some kind of RPA but it will take me too much time to develop this and I don’t have the time to tinker around
Today we create the users (duplicating from an existing user template) and then just set up the extension and permissions profile

System Manager/Session Manager and Avaya Aura Device Services can automate the process. System Manager and Avaya Aura Devices Services can be integrated into AD for Single-Sign-On.

Automated?
You could probably do some provisioning profiles with AD, but I've never dug deep in to that. From my playing with it though it appears it would help with some of the programming.
You definitely will want AADS+Keycloak in front of all of this though before you migrate everybody.

If you engage a BP or ask Avaya for a provision license ($$$) then you or the BP can do this work in batches.
