What is your recomendation

we have 2 sites- A & B
Site A has ip office 500v2
Site B is expanding into neighbouring building (current hosted)
Plan for Site b is to change providers and go hosted VOIP. however we will need more sip phones, i would like to use avaya products if possible so we can use them at site A aswell.

which phones do you recomend?

I recommend to not use SIP phones but to get a VPN tunnel and use Avaya IP phones.
Why? because you then can use the trunks on the other location and you can dial internally and use the full options of the IPOffice on the second location.
Hosted is not that good and SIP phone either.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

it was suggested that i dont do what u said but to get a 2nd ipo and join them in a scn but then the costs just spiral.

You do not need a second IPO if you do not have a lot of phones.
