Hi,
Does anyone know how to program caller ID for out going numbers through a PRI? Instead of it appearing as the number or unknown, I require it to say the name of the company calling. Is this possible?
 
This kind of feature is available through your service provider it won't be a setting on the IP Office. You can request a name be tied to a specific number. In cases where multiple companies are using one phone system you may find it necessary to tie more than one name to multiple numbers on the system.

 
But most providers are denying the fact that they can actually do that because it is not on the first level of support that they actually know it. You might have to be insisting on a manager and then maybe escalate the call to get somewhere. Annoying but happens 9 out of 10 times.
