Hello does anyone have the procedure on doing a factory reset on an avaya partner mail PM04? This is the big white box not the module.

You use the serial number on the unit for the password and then power cycle the system immediately afterwards. Once it comes back up it should be reset.

That will reset the system administrator's password, to return the box to factory default requires you to connect via the serial port and issue a command to default it.
