Avaya PDM wont start even though Java is installed windows 7 64

learned something today

you have to install java twice once for 32 bit version

then install the 64 bit version


this is just an FYI could not find it in here so thought I would share

I have seen this behavior when you plug the advanced charger in to a different USB port then the one you used to install the software.
