hello everyone,

is there a way to run a volume of calls report from an Avaya partner system?
this company has Avaya Partner system and voice mail. nothing else.
 
There is an SMDR serial port that will spit out information after a call ends. From there you need to supply software and a computer, or a stand-alone device to do something with the raw information.
 
I have a client who has an older voicemail. the default 1234 is no longer valid after an electrical storm. How can I remotely access and reset the voicemail password for ext 10? Thank you!
 
Instead of high jacking his post, why don't you just open up a new one
