I have a Partner system running ACS R6.0 and the box is set up as such:

Slot 1: 308ec module
Slot 2: 308ec module
Slot 3: ACS processor R5.0 module
Slot 4: 308ec module
Slot 5: 308ec module

It is currently running 10 inbound lines and 25 stations.

I want to be able to have all inbound calls, regardless of what number is dialed to be able to forward to extension 10 and then voice mail. What is the best way to do this?

The mail is a partner 3 external box mail system (see attachment)
on lines 43-48.

Thanks for the quick response Brian. I am a bit new to all this, can you explain in detail how this is done. Would this automate the process? I need those incomming calls to go directly to that extension (10) without any end user intervention.

Currently when a line rings, anyone can pick it up and we are trying to prevent that from happening.

Program Ext. 10 as the covering extension for each line.

#206-7-(Line Number)-2
#208-(Line Number)-10
