Avaya Partner 5.0

Hi folks, my name is Mike, and I dabble a bit in Partner systems. If I may ask a question. A non-porfit that I've done some free work for needs some help. They have a Partner 5.0 processor with VMS. They want to be able to call foward, to a remote location, on 1 of their incoming lines. Is this possible or is an upgrade needed? Thanks so much for any help.

R6 or higher for remote call forward, unless you want to contact your telco and switch to Centrex features.

An upgrade to R6 can be done at minimal cost. Only requires an upgrade card and less than 5 minutes of your time.
