Avaya J169 & 179 Phones with Avaya IPO v2 version 10.0 4

We have Avaya IP Office v2 with Version 10.0; recently we purchased few Avaya J169 & J179 Phones with SW version 2.0.
I converted Signaling to H323 from SIP manually by logging into phone, but phones are not getting register to IP Office waiting for DHCP message on phone screen.

When I check the phone manually, it already acquired IP Address and IP Office Server Address from DHCP Pool but still not registering.
Do I need to upgrade Avaya IP Office from 10.0 to 10.1 with latest Service Pack or is there any alternate way to make them register.

Please help.

ohh , I want to use these phones as h323 not sip, can't it be achieved by upgrading to 10.1 with latest service pack ?

If you want H323 phones then use the 96xx handsets, leave the J Series phones to be used in SIP mode as they are designed.
