Has anyone successfully been able to integrate a 500v2 and mitel 3300 through sip? I can successfully dial 7 plus 4 digit extension from Mitel and get someone on 500v2 end. However I cannot dial an extension from the 500v2 to the mitel. It errors out on my end but logs show that it is communicating with mitel, but it just doesn't complete. To throw more confusion into the mix the customer is using sip trunking for dial tone. Now I can take a DID and point it to an extension on the Mitel and the call completes. I can also call into the AA in the 500v2 and dial an extension on the mitel and the call completes. However if i hit the AA through a short code and dial an extension on the mitel it errors out. At this point i cannot get over this hump. Any ideas??

Show us the shortcode you use on the IPO to the Mitel

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Ive used a couple different variations:
76xxx
Dial and dial ext
6N
99 (Sip line outgoing) I also tried it by building and ars instead of outgoing sip line id

What about 6N@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Sorry, that needs to 6N"@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"

This will be the Mitel not playing nice, they are finicky things at best :)
