Avaya IPO VMPro, Analog Trunk and CLI Type

Hello ...

I have IPO Rls. 8.1, with VMPro 8.1.
I have 4 CO Lines Configured as Loop Start ICLID ( The CLI Type is FSKV32 (deafult) )
I have Configured a Module on VMPro to be answered by ICR.

When Calls the Company Numbers, there is a busy tones returns back on all lines.
I change many parameters on Analog options with no results but When set the Trunk Types as Loop Start, on this time the VMPro answers the calls normally.
I contact the Teclecom Company to trace the problem from there side because I have many sites on the same area worked fine with CLID and VMPro.
The Engineer in ask me to give us another examples of normal running PBXs to be compared from our side with below case.
and Here is the answer:
"We have two types of pubic switches (Siemens and Alcatel) The first group (returns the busy tone with CLID and VMPro) is connected with Siemens type and the second group (Running PBX with CLID and VMPro) is connected with Alcatel one.
I depth:
The Alcatel Switch works on FSK Type ( Compatibel with IPO) while the Semeins works as DTMF.
On IPO Telephony System I change the CLI Type to DTMF but nothing changed.

what I should to do next to make IPO compatable with semiens switch and to solve this case ?

 
I know this is basic, but I don't think R8.1 did auto Impedence matching on trunks. If that is the case and the lines are all still at the default setting, run Impedence match on each line. This will require a reboot.

As I tell previous, I test and try all the options on analog trunk, one of it is start Impedence, but the same problem still exists.
Also I runing IPO Rls9 and the problem is still.

The Alcatel Switch works on FSK Type ( Compatibel with IPO) while the Semeins works as DTMF.

I don't think that the IPO can use a trunk that uses DTMF for incoming CLI (which I've never heard of, but that may be a geographical thing)

After the change on the trunks, did you try to stop and then restart the voicemail pro service?

change lines back to icid trunks, merge then stop and restart voicemail pro and retest
