Avaya IPO Video Softphone >>> No License

Hello ...

I have Avaya IPO Rls10 SP5, setup all the requirements for soft phone to be operated, I have Power user licenses enables on each user,
when enter the user credentials, say (No License).
is this related to softphone Rls, bucause in the AdminDVD in found just the Mac copies, I installed it form Rls 9.1
The Application Server Webpage just have Mac softphone for download

Video softphone is not a current product, you need Avaya communicator

It's on support.avaya.com where you download the software for IP Office.

But I see it's still available works on Rls10 as Knowledgebase:

why when i try to login, failed to No License reason, knowing that I have all required license and do all required information.

Matrix for R10 has that in as the information, couldn't find it in the knowledgebase

This is a legacy version only supported for existing users whose IP Office system has been upgraded to IP Office Release 9.1.

so your system has to have been upgraded from a version before 9.1 to 9.1 or later for it to work.

@DaniWG if you had searched this forum then you would already had the answer as Westi gave you.

NOT WORKING ON 10.x UNLESS YOU UPGRADED FROM A RELEASE BELOW 9.1 AND THE SOFTPHONES MUST HAVE BEEN WORKING ON THAT RELEASE!

So, in case you are deaf(like me), all capitals.
