when Installing TAPI on a PC, is there a palce to see all the logs or Caller ID located or captured by it. this information the devoloper want it to use it on Pop screen.

You can see TAPI events in Monitor but receiving CallerID via TAPI isn't exactly rocket sience.
There are DevConnect examples he can look at and a lot of info to find on Google.
There's also a new CTI interface in 10.1.
