AVAYA IPO SOftconsole

Hi to all

i seems to he having a problem making the Softconsole work. i already done the following, am i missing out some configuration?

1. already have Receptionist license
2. Configure my User Extn200 tick the Receptionist box
3. install the IPO Softconsole app to my pc

but when i logged in to the softconsole using the credentials of my receptionist user, it does not logged-in

Hi Intigrant, thank you for your response..

im using my Maintenance PC where the Softconsole is currently installed.

Softconsole Version is 10.1
IPO is 9.0

Softconsole Version is 10.1
IPO is 9.0

Uninstall Softconsole 10.1 and install Softconsole 9.0 instead

Password needs to be on the 1st page of user tab for soft console, as well as the correct version as previously stated.
