Guys,

I'm having a "unique" situation whereby after setting the required configuration in the Short code (tried both, through the user account directly and User Rights) to 'Force Authorization code', when the user dials the number directly, it goes through without any prompt to enter Auth code, however, if you click redial, you are prompted...any feedback as I am stumped!!
