We have an Avaya IPO with 4 Analogue line and the issue that we are facing is that while we receive an Incoming call we are only getting the partial number of the caller. For eg if the number of the caller is 30982906 the number we are receiving is 930206. Has anyone else faced simailar issues?
Also I tested the analogue lines by connecting an Analogue phone directly and the caller ID seems to be working fine in the phone.
