Avaya office ip 500 v2 with 9.1 software, I have Did numbers routed to each extn, the ext numbers are the last four digits of the Did's. 4213 is the extn, I also have a call coverage apperance of 8260 on that extn, I need to have the voice mails from 8260 go to 4213 mail box, 8260 has no physical set just a user set up.Is this possible?
