Avaya IP Office 500 v2

I have inherited an Avaya IP Office 500 v2 running 8.1.

The phones being used are 1608I. Is there a way to connect to the phone to check/configure the settings? I am trying to be able to connect to complete an inventory, collect serial numbers, etc., using a networking monitoring tool, spiceworks....

Any idea how to connect, SSH does not work, tried SNMP, still nothing, http, nothing...

Please help!!!

Open system status and go to IP handsets you can copy and paste into excel

or

Monitor and you can see h323 phones with all details.

Thanks..just able to get back to this post...I am not seeing the serial numbers, just the MAC addresses...any other possibilities??

Serial numbers can only be obtained by looking at the phone

Or by using an Avaya switch.
So there must be a way to pull this info
