We currently have a very full featured IP Office 500 v2 Pro operating in our collection agency. Our calls are routed over a combination of PRIs for high quality administrative calls and SIP Trunks for communication with consumers. We are competent with both protocols. I am interested in purchasing a dialer that will be located on my premises that integrates well with the Avaya system. We have about 40 agents working in a blended environment at at any given time. Also need call recording (or use the Avaya), IVR and message delivery capabilities. Need to support a minimum ratio of up to 10:1.
