I would like to know if there is a way to implement the following scenario in an Avaya IP Office 500 V2 R9.1:
Outside call comes into Main BTN over a voice PRI T-1 Circuit and is normally answered by one of two Receptionists who are members of the Call Group "Main" which consists of two (2) extensions (X-301 & X-303). During the day, if the Main" Group is busy and can not answer the call within four (4) rings, that call is automatically routed to another Call Group named "Overflow" which consists of four (4) user extensions (X-304, X-305, X-306 & X-310). However, at present, I can only get that call to ring simultaneously on all 4 of the "Overflow" group phones one (1) time on. The call then immediately routes back to the General Voice Mailbox associated with the Main Automated Attendant. I would like that call to ring three (3) times on the "Overflow" group of 4 phones simultaneously before going to the General Voice Mailbox. Does anyone have a suggestion how best to accomplish this? Thank you. cjm8535
