Upgraded from 11.1 FP3 and the daylight savings time offset is broken (all the phones were an hour out and I had to correct the offset). Other than that I haven't seen any issues so far.

I upgraded from 11.1 FP3, and had terrible communication quality right after the update.

Had to restore my snapshot to previous version, and communications became good again.
