Hello, I am newbie to Avaya aetup, though have practised a lot and got familiar with all setups.
One issue I am facing is I am not able to add or see analogue lines in my manager. I have snap pics of my units, can you please help?
Thanks

That’s because you don’t have any.
Yous system doesn’t have any analogue cards.

You do have analogue extensions

Your lines may be sip lines.
That’s only because the telephone number System ID looks like a sip trunk number.

If you open up Lines tab then you will see what type of lines you have

Thanks a lot.
I need to buy an analogue trunk, any recommendations which one should I buy?

You need Avaya IP500 Analog Trunk Card 4 V2 Universal (700503164).

Best to fit this on the Phone 8 as it gives some power fail capability.
