Hi ...

I have a hotel customer who is installing a new avaya ip 500 pabx and has our sky horizon call accounting system.
We managed to interface the smdr to the call accounting system and we need assistance in getting the interface and low level record structure for the hospitality features such as check in check out guest name and so on in order to interface all hospitality features

If I understand your question right the correct way would be to create a DevConnect account with Avaya. Then you will also have the chance to release a TechTip together with Avaya describing features and configuration steps to get your tool to work with IPO. If users read that it could be a chance for you to get it should better then.
