Avaya index 2030 phones not ringing on IP403 DT

The 2030 Index phones are not ringing for incomming external calls in a hunt group. I went through the phone programming setup RINGING - ON using the hand sets but no joy....

The phones do sometimes ring but i cant see any patern to this....

what is the best phone for use on the Avaya IP Office IP403 DT 3.0 (40) ? and used with headset....... if we bin all the 2030 index we need a robust replacement not just the one in stock at the local agent !

2030s are the best phones to use on a dt imho.

maybe its time to bin it and get a new system.2

tommydog, they do work if you are on a good level of firmware for them, go to 3.0.580 and you will be fine

I have some sites with the same problem, after three years of investigation by Avaya now they will be replaced by Avaya with IP 500 and ip stations cause the problems could not be fixed at all.
