Avaya Dect Phones - No Caller ID 1

Hi All.

Could anyone tell me why the Avaya Dect Phones i have on my system doesnt display caller id? I have analog trunks and on the main 9608 phones, the caller ID appears (after the annoying two ring wait) but at least it shows up. On my portable dect handsets all i get is "external call"

FYI. I am not doing any mobile twinning

Is the call presented to a group?
If yes then enter this is the NoUser source number field:

IPDECT_EXTERNAL_CLI_PRESENTED

For the 2 rings, this is a limitation of analog trunks.
