Hello all. I recently installed a D100 and 5 wireless phones on a clients system. Each phone has its own incoming call route assigned to its extension. The D100 is installed at a remote location connected to the IP Office VIA a VPN. The IP office is version 11.0.4.7.0 build 6 with voicemail pro. When calls are made from the cordless phones they are sending the number for the main office as the called ID. The client wants to send a different number for these phone. Thanks for the help

Do this with User Short Codes and make sure your Telco will let you send those individual numbers on outgoing calls as this is usually a special request. There are 911 implications if the KSU is allowed to send out any number the user programs it with.

You didn't say, but I'm assuming this is PRI or SIP trunking as there is no way to do this with analog trunks.

They are using sip trunks. Sorry forgot that part.
The ARS table is setup so that users with 9508 phones do not have to dial 9. The cordless phone users however do have to dial 9.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I am not sure why the cordless users have to dial a 9 to get out. Here is the ARS table:

Look at the cordless users short codes…this takes priority before ARS
You must have a 9 route in there

Then compare that to the 9508 phones.

I checked the user level short codes and there are none.

Nortel4Ever on those short codes you posted what is the correct format?
