Avaya CS1000 release 7.5 CPPM signaling server element manager can't access from UCM. Please find the following screenshots and help me to find the solution.

I can ping signaling server and Node TLAN IP address.

It is browser related and/or not being resolved in DNS. The PBX and EM uses the ELAN IP address because the Call Server has no TLAN address.

You can try restarting the Jboss-Quantum service in the Signalng Server. I have had to do this before when I could not access Element Manager
[admin@testlab~]appstart Jboss-Quantum restart

this will take down all web services for about 10 minutes and then you can try again.

Restarted Jbos-Quantum service and tried with different browser. But still having same issue.

Is this a new setup or was this working before? If it was working before did your browser change/upgrade? Have you tried compatibility view in IE or an older version?
